Biography

Mr. Montecinos has 22 years of technical and management experience across several Federal Government contractors and private industry. He has served in various technical and leadership roles for small businesses and large corporations including SAIC, Unisys, CSC (now GDIT), and Sprint. As a highly accomplished technical leader, he has experience with various Federal Agencies including civilian, defense and IC.

He is known as a complex problem solver using technology, enterprise architecture, innovative solution delivery, and strategic program management. His business expertise includes entrepreneurship, management, business development, portfolio management, customer relations and vendor partnerships. As president of RS4G he is responsible for the strategic vision and business growth.
